When you place an order we will ask for your name and address, delivery name and address, e-mail address and contact telephone number (optional) to allow us to process your order.

If you wish to join our mailing list without placing an order we will just ask for your e-mail address.

The above information will be retained until you ask for it to be removed (see 'Removal of Your Information' below).

The information you provide when placing an order will be stored on our secure website database and will be used by us to process your order.

If you created an account when placing your order the information will be used to allow you to review your orders and to place future orders more quickly.

We want to provide you with the safest method for making your payment and we use PayPal to process your card payment. This means that you enter your card details directly into the PayPal system which complies with the strictest security standards. We do not receive or store your card details on this website.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.

Please contact us if you would like a copy of the information that we currently hold about you, once we have established your identity we will be happy to provide a copy of the data in a suitable format.

If you have created an account when placing your order you can log into your account and update your details at any time.

If you signed up to our mailing list without creating an account and would like to update your details please contact us and we will update them as soon as we can.

If you have placed an order with us and would like your details to be deleted please contact us and we will remove your information as soon as we can.

If you signed up to receive our newsletter, each e-mail will contain a link that allows you to unsubscribe from our mailing list. When you unsubscribe you will be removed from the mailing list however your details will remain on our database. If you would like your details to be completely removed then please contact us and we will delete them as soon as we can.

This site uses a simple cookie that is required for the operation of the website. No personal information is stored in the cookie. We have also included third-party code provided by Google Analytics, which may use cookies, to help us monitor and improve the performance of the website.
